Patient Participation Group (PPG)
As we value the opinion of our patients Alexander House Surgery and welcome feedback. We have an established Patient Participation Group with both a Virtual group and a Face-to-Face group. All of our patients are very welcome to give feedback via these group, whichever section they feel they can be part of. Just ask at reception to sign up and you will soon be contacted. The Virtual PPG group may be contacted once or twice a year and asked to complete an on-line survey. This will usually contain 10 – 15 questions and only take about 10 – 15 minutes to complete. It is a valuable way for us to understand how you think we are doing and what you would like from your surgery. The Face-to-Face PPG group meets a minimum of four times a year at the surgery to discuss all aspects of our GP Surgery including staff changes, changes to service provision and anything else of interest.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
