Make an appointment
Non urgent appointments with the clinical team can be booked by calling the surgery between 08:30 and 17:00 where the receptionist will be able to book for you. Any non-urgent queries can also be answered through the e-consult service, please try this first. If you require an urgent appointment please call before 10am to be put on the triage list.
Please use the request slip from your previous prescription, ask through your pharmacist, email to reception or request it via our online services. If you wish you may send a stamped addressed envelope. Please allow two working days to process including consultant outpatient prescriptions NHS or privately.
Please telephone after 2.00pm, five working days after your blood test and two weeks after x-rays and scans. If you are seeing the doctor for a follow up check with the receptionist that your results have arrived. Smear test results will be sent via post. If you have not received the results within seven weeks please contact the practice.
