For continuity of care and patient experience Alexander House Surgery patients will have an named accountable GP.
If you would like to express a preference as to which GP you are assigned the Practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request. Having a named GP does not prevent you from seeing any other doctor within the Practice for acute issues.
If you wish to be told the name of your Accountable GP please ask the receptionist when you are next in the Surgery.
